Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will only be accepted if a product is defective or if the incorrect item was delivered. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us of any product issues. Photos of damaged or incorrect item(s) must be included in correspondence.
Once your claim has been substantiated and the defective/damaged product has been received back by our staff, you will be eligible to exchange the product or receive a full refund (less the cost of shipping). You will be responsible for any differences in pricing if your desired exchange item exceeds the price of your credit.
In the event that a refund is requested, funds will be issued back to the card used to purchase the order.
